RANGER COOKIES
1 cup butter 1 tsp soda 1 cup sugar ½ tsp baking powder 1 cup brown sugar 1 ½ tsp salt 2 eggs 2 cups rice krispies 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups rolled oats 2 cups flour 1 cup coconut 1 cup raisins
Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture, adding rice krispies last. Roll into balls and press with fork. Bake 10-15 minutes. |
