DIABETIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
½ cup butter 1 cup flour ½ cup LP b sugar 1 tsp soda 1 egg ½ tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup semi sweet choc chips
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Drop by the tsp..making 48 equal mounds. (or 24 depending on how many you want for your fruit n veg choice onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned...it's best not to overbake these cookies.
