BUTTERSCOTCH OAT DROPS
1 cup butter 2 cups rolled oats ½ cup sugar 1 tsp soda 1 cup b sugar 1 tsp b powder 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups butterscotch chips 2 cups flour 1 cup chopped nuts (opt)
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift remaining ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. |
